Who are we?
NWWT Trading Ltd. is a limited company which handles the trading activities for the North Wales Wildlife Trust (NWWT). All profit is covenanted over to the NWWT which is the only local organisation dedicated to conserving all habitats and species across North Wales for the enjoyment of people and the benefit of wildlife. NWWT works with 46 other Wildlife Trusts, and are part of the largest UK voluntary organisation dedicated to conserving all the UK’s habitats and species, whether in the countryside, towns or at sea.
NWWT Trading Ltd employs a part time Trading Officer but mostly relies on the commitment of volunteers. It has two main training outlets, a small shop located in the visitors’ centre by the tram station at the Great Orme, Llandudno and a kiosk at Breakwater Country Park just outside Holyhead. Both are open from just before Easter until the end of autumn half term. It also has a small front of house shop in the main office in Bangor and sells good via the internet and through fairs and events through North Wales.
